  • Rae Peter

    President

    Rae Peter has been involved with Theatre Du Mississippi for the last several years both onstage and off. They studied acting at Perpich Center for Arts Education and Winona State University. Recently they directed Baby I'll Turn the Sky Green for You (TdM) and performed the role of Sloan in Midwestern Goodbyes (TdM).  Rae is a multi-faceted artist, enjoying all kinds of creative endeavors. They make and sell crocheted earrings, as well as visual art (primarily watercolor). They recently released their first poetry book and are in the midst of writing their second one. They have really enjoyed their time on the board and are looking forward to the future of TdM. In their free time, Rae enjoys spending time with their cats, Kirk and Spock.

  • Sarah Roberts

    Vice Presdient

    Sarah Roberts is the Vice President and former Treasurer of the board at Theatre du Mississippi. She is the bookkeeper for Pillbox Bat Company in Winona, MN. She is a lover of Kpop, and she will talk about it if you bring it up. She loves to create in many forms, but is yet to try theatre (other than being Mary in a church play.) She will always be thankful for the community that theatre has brought to her life, and maybe, just maybe, she may get on the stage someday.

  • Molly Miller

    Treasurer

    Molly Miller (they/them) is a longtime thespian and proponent of the arts as a catalyst for community creation and healing. First discovering the stage in their early childhood, Molly has been involved in almost every aspect of the performing arts throughout their life. Similarly, the theatre has remained a constant home throughout every stage of their life. Molly holds a Master’s Degree in Performing Arts Leadership and Management, was granted funding and recognition for their research in Commedia dell’Arte and masked performance, and managed multiple touring theatre productions across the Midwest. Molly first joined Theatre du Mississippi as a Stage Manager for TdM’s production of Angel Street, became a member of the board in November, 2024. They currently serve as treasurer of the board.

  • Lacey Korb

    At-Large Board Member

    I'm a Capricorn who is a direct descendant of William, The Conquer of England and German farmers- my real last name means "basket" in German. In my Wisconsin hometown, I maintain the local theater (FCRP) and an Etsy shop which has sold items to Broadway. In the neighboring town, I'm a tour guide for the steamboat travelers and I help maintain a Winona local theater (TDM). I'm a winner of The Heritage Preservation Commission Award. I enjoy Victorian gothic writers, walks through the cemetery, and stealing flowers from the neighbor's garden!

  • Elizabeth Scott

    Elizabeth is a seasoned board member with experience in acting, directing, stage managing, and sound/light board operating. Outside of TdM, she enjoys drawing, costume making and design, and spending time with her cats. 

  • Jonathan Roberts

    At Large Board Member

    Jonathan Roberts was born in Milwaukee and currently resides in Winona. He received a B.A. in International Relations and Asian Studies with a minor in Japanese from WSU, spent 2 years teaching ESL in South Korea, and has been working to support folks with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities for the past 13 years. He has performed with Theatre du Mississippi in Angel Street, and two original plays, Baby I’ll Paint The Sky Green For You and Midwestern Goodbyes. Jonathan has also performed and written short plays for Voices from the Past Cemetery Walk at Woodlawn Cemetery. He most recently performed in Mallory's Ghost at the ARC in October of 2025. Jonathan enjoys watching modern Korean dramas and Chinese period dramas with his wonderful wife, Sarah, adventuring in the backwaters around Winona with their Golden Retriever, Bilbo Waggins, foraging for mushrooms, and collecting and cleaning glass bottles stuck in the muck. He believes that "Theatre is for everyone" and hopes to use his experience and perspective to make the stage a welcoming place for all.

    Raven is a passionate, multidisciplinary performer whose work blends acting, singing, and storytelling into experiences that invite audiences to feel, imagine, and connect. With a deep love for the transformative power of the arts, she approaches every role—onstage or behind the scenes—with intention, curiosity, and heart.

    Her passion extends beyond performance; Raven is committed to uplifting her creative community and helping audiences discover the magic happening in their own backyard. Whether she’s embodying a character, supporting fellow artists, or helping shape the atmosphere of a production, she strives to make theater more accessible, engaging, and alive for everyone who encounters it.

    Raven believes that art is a catalyst for awareness, joy, and collective growth—and she’s honored to help share that work with the world.

  • Tristan Miller

    At Large Board Member

    Tristan Miller is a classically trained actor and internationally touring comedian. Having returned recently to their home state of Minnesota, Tris is excited to be working on theatre projects with Theatre Du Mississippi having mostly been focusing on film, TV, and stand-up comedy over the last few years. When asked at the Thanksgiving dinner table what Tris does he generally respond, “I’m a multidisciplinary artist with an emphasis on devised comedy work. Which means I do improv." You can see Tris in Us And Ourselves, Into The Wild Frontier, and Dominoes streaming online. Tris has trained at Second City, The PIT, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and holds a degree in the acting for film and television from NYCDA. www.tristanjmiller.com

  • Charlie Lund

    Charlie Lund is excited to join Theatre du Mississippi's board this year! He is currently earning his Bachelor's in Film Studies at Winona State University. Some of his theatre credits include One Christmas Eve at Evergreen Mall (Todd/Andy), Footloose (Chuck Cranston), One Summer Night (Bruce) and Fun Home (Assistant Stage Manager). In his free time, Charlie enjoys long hikes, concerts, books, traveling and hanging with family and friends.

Our Staff

Kara Eggers

Kara Eggers is a multidisciplinary theatre artist working at the intersections of production management, lighting and sound design, directing, and theatrical intimacy. They hold an MFA in Theatre and are currently completing their final level of training to become a certified intimacy choreographer through Intimacy Directors and Coordinators. Kara brings a consent-forward, trauma-informed approach to every project, centering care, collaboration, and inclusive storytelling. Most recently, they served as the Intimacy Director for Great River Shakespeare Festival’s 2025 season. Since 2022, Kara has been the Production Manager for Frozen River Film Festival and stepped into the role of Co-Interim Managing Director in 2025. They are currently serving as Frozen River Film Festival's Operations Director. As Managing Director of Theatre du Mississippi, Kara leads with a deep commitment to community connection and uplifting underrepresented voices. They served on the Advocacy Center of Winona’s Board of Directors from 2019 to 2025 and continue to mentor emerging artists in stage management, directing, design, and production, while also teaching intimacy remotely at the University of Idaho.
